Ultra-thick plate processing capability
Equipped with 6000W high-power laser cutting machine and 600-ton hydraulic bending machine, it can achieve:
1. Maximum cutting thickness of carbon steel plate: 30mm (oxygen assisted)
2. Bending length of stainless steel plate: 6000mm (V-shaped opening 200mm)
3. Bevel cutting accuracy: ±0.5° (suitable for welding pre-processing)

Heavy welding technology
1. Robot MAG welding: penetration up to 15mm, welding speed 1.2m/min
2. Gantry double-wire submerged arc welding: suitable for long welds with thickness > 20mm
3. Post-weld heat treatment: stress relief annealing (temperature 550-650℃)

Anti-corrosion treatment system
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: film thickness ≥85μm (in accordance with ISO 1461 standard)
2. Heavy anti-corrosion spray: epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat, salt spray resistance > 3000 hours
3. Aluminum spray treatment: suitable for high temperature environment (temperature resistance 600℃)

Provide PDF/DWG drawings or 3D models to clarify material, quantity, and use environment requirements
2. Process design​​
Output process plan within 48 hours (including material utilization optimization and cost analysis)
3. Trial production verification​​
The first piece production cycle is 5-7 days, and UT flaw detection report and dimensional detection data are provided
4. Mass production​​
Standard orders are delivered in 15-25 days, supporting transportation solutions with a maximum weight of 8 tons per piece
